Lisa’s success began with her idea for a barrette. In a short thirteen months she had patented, manufactured, sold to stores and ultimately licensed the patent to Scunci® for 20 years of regular income. The product is now sold in stores around the world and has generated over $20M globally!
Since then Lisa has licensed 6 more products to manufacturers including Goody Products®, Scunci®. and Helen of Troy®. In 2007 she licensed Bow Pets from inventor, Shadra Castillo, and redesigned it, filed 3 more patents, manufactured, imported and began selling the modified product, TC Pets®. It won numerous awards and been featured on the ABC reality show Shark Tank where she won the coveted investment of “Shark” Daymond John of FUBU. In 2015 Lisa launched her newest product Masqué Rage.

ESE is a high level venture conference planning company specializing in early stage VC for High-Tech and Biotech companies.
Lisa has spent nearly two decades as a speaker and trainer on the subjects of innovation, licensing and business tactics. She has been a featured lecturer at Universities including the U of A Eller School of Business and Entrepreneurship, ASU College of Engineering, and the Arizona Intellectual Property Association’s continuing education program for patent and trademark attorneys. She has also won numerous awards for various pitch competitions including Rice University’s “Rice Alliance Business Plan Pitch Competition and Pitch it to the Pros with Discovery Channel’s Billy Mayes.

Ryan is a graduate of the Harvard Business School. He went to work in consumer products at the Gallo Winery upon graduation. After a stellar record of accomplishment, ultimately as the director of marketing for all international products at Gallo, he went into business for himself as founding partner of C1 Design Group. For the past fifteen years he has been President of C1 Design, an innovator in fly fishing, mountain bike engineering, and outdoor recreational products with core expertise in product design.

Adam’s award winning, deep experience spans from building and construction to medical to automotive to food and consumer products.
Adam is known for identifying white space opportunities and then employing practical, high speed, value oriented innovation and development strategies that frequently allow for the successful commercialization of new platforms, not simply evolutionary improvements.
Adam was most recently Chief Executive Officer, Chief Innovation Officer and a Founder of Sirrus, Inc., formerly Bioformix, Inc, a venture backed energy efficient, advanced manufacturing polymer platform company initially focused in adhesives within a $500 billion opportunity. I was also President and Principal of ABM Associates, LLC, a 16 year old materials innovation company responsible for such breakthroughs as Liquid Bandage and Dermabond medical adhesives, D’Addarrio’s musical string technology as well as the 2006 NSPE best new product Nexicor Kool Glide Induction adhesive system for carpet installation.
Adam received a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh in 1987 and an MS in 1988 and PhD in January 1991 in Polymer Science from the University of Connecticut.
Richard (Rich) Boone

Rich served as Worldwide Director of Consumer Research for the E & J Gallo Winery until his retirement in October 2005. Prior to that, he was a researcher at Procter & Gamble. He has over 30 years as an experienced quantitative and qualitative researcher. Since that time, he has been engaged in multiple projects and longitudinal consulting roles for domestic and international clients – both within and beyond the wine industry. He also continues to be a featured speaker at wine industry events and blogs about wine for the Sacramento Bee. In addition to his strategic consulting roles, Rich is a principal in the Solomon Wine Company, a small winery with a focus on category innovations and new wine discoveries with grapes from the Sierra Foothills.
