Problem: As one of Canada’s Big Five banks and the JD Power multi-year winner for customer satisfaction there was a growing concern for how to remain competitive to win the award with only ten months left in the present year as well as in years to come.
The Innovate2Grow Experts Process:
- Urgent Help: With about nine months left in the year, i2Ge conducted a high level urgent creative session to identify high quality actions that could be taken quickly to increase their chances of winning the JD Power award for that year.
- Quantum Idea Generation 2.0: An extended creative session with world-class external experts working collaboratively with internal experts focused on generating a portfolio of ideas capable of continuing their winning ways.
- Objective Met: The client was able to quickly execute the Urgent Help ideas and went on to win the award again.
- Longer Term: In addition to the short term initiatives, the longer-term ideas won them the coveted award the following year as well.
